If you are not at home at the time of delivery and there’s nobody to sign instead, you will be left a notice to collect the package at your local post office.

You may check the order status if you log into our support site. Also we provide tracking information for all packages shipped via Courier. Within several days after shipping the package, you will receive your tracking number and the web-link to check the status online.

Airmail shipping shouldn’t take more than 3 weeks and Courier over 10 days. If you still haven’t received the package, please contact your post office, the package may be there. If there is still no package, please contact our shipping department.

If you have placed a large order, we may have divided it into to several packages during shipping. Please, wait for the other package arrival.
