Afinitor 5mg (Everolimus) is an anticancer drug, inhibitor of protein tyrosine kinase. Available in tablet form, 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg. The active ingredient is everolimus. Anhydrous lactose, lactose monohydrate, butylhydroxytoluene, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose are used as auxiliary substances.

The tablets are white or slightly yellowish in color. On one side is “NVR” squeezed out, and on the other – the dosage of the active ingredient everolimus – “LCL” (2.5 mg), “5” or “UHE” (10 mg).
