Introduction:
Ramiven 100mg tablet is used in postmenopausal women with HR-positive, HER-negative advanced, or metastatic breast cancer. Ramiven 100mg tablet is also used in combination with fulvestrant in women with HR-positive, HER negative advanced, or metastatic breast cancer. Ramiven 100mg tablet is indicated as a monotherapy in women with HR-positive, HER negative advanced, or metastatic breast cancer with disease progression following endocrine therapy.
The most common side effects include diarrhea, neutropenia, nausea, abdominal pain, infections, fatigue, anemia, leukopenia, decreased appetite, vomiting, headache, alopecia, and thrombocytopenia.
The safety and effectiveness of Ramiven 100mg tablet are not established in pediatric patients.

How Ramiven 100mg tablet Works:
Ramiven 100mg tablet blocks the effects of proteins called cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6. These proteins are abnormally active in some cancer cells and make them grow out of control. Blocking these proteins can slow down cancer growth.
